Very unprofessional & be aware of the bait and switch tactics, would never requirement to anyone. I first tried Schweig...er Dermatology as part of living social photofacial deal. I thought it was OK and the esthetician (Jillian Cirillo) was quick to sell me on a package to get the results I wanted. I bought the package without hesitation, what a foul I was. I scheduled my first appointment four weeks later, as recommended. A week before my appointment, I received a call from Jillian (the esthetician) requesting that I move my appointment from 11 to noon because of some personal conflict that she had. I was a good sport and said OK, my second mistake. I showed up to my noon appointment 10 minutes early just to make sure I’m not late since I had other commitments that afternoon. Well I was not seen until 12:30 and only after I made a fuss. I was greeted by Jillian who was very apologetic about the delay and she said and I quote “it’s not my fault that you’re late it’s the practice and I’m very sorry and I really value your time. To show my commitment to you, I promise I’ll make it up to you somehow. I’ll think of something to make it up to you I really promise.” Well so much for “I’ll make it up to you” or maybe she did just not what I expected. I made my next (2nd) appointment 4 weeks later, just to be called two weeks later saying that Jillian no longer works from the midtown office and I have to move my service to the other office. When I said I can’t get to the other office and that I bought my service in the midtown office and I was told well I guess someone will call you back to figure out what to do. Long story short, no one called me to figure out what to do and a week later I received a very rude message from the office saying that they don’t understand why I haven’t called the office since they’re not going to accommodate me in the midtown office. I called to figure out what to do and asked for the office manager to resolve this problem, I was put on hold and after 10 minutes someone came to the line and said that the manager is too busy at the moment and that she’ll call me back later. Well two weeks and two additional called to the manager and she still hasn’t found 5 minutes out of her exceptionally busy schedule to call a paying client that they’re screwing over. She sure wasn’t too busy to take my almost $800 for a package that I haven’t received. Well I called my credit card company and filed a dispute claim through them since I’m tired of the attitude and the waiting and plus I don’t want to pay for something I haven’t received. Thank God I paid with my amex since these people are crocks. more details
