Without a doubt, the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with (and I have spent years staffing medical professi...onals). She does not return calls (7-21day response time). She requires all potential patient families to attend a seminar that is only offered once-a-month (I had missed the date by 2 days). You are not allowed to be seen without previously attending, no matter what your condition. And, then I waited an additional 21 days to be contacted to make an appointment, and then another two weeks before an appointment was available. Over two months passed before we were even seen. And the visit consisted of meeting with her junior to whom we provided information about the patient, then the junior person regurgitating the information from the seminar (take Miralax), followed by a brief visit from Anne stating that she understands her junior has provided us with her suggestion (Miralax), and we should return for a follow up in a couple of months. The next two follow ups were repeats of the initial one. And on this most recent visit (8 days ago), she actually did followed up by phone 3days later on the lab & X-ray results (both requiring action), and stated that she needed to check on hospital admission (which she assured in our meeting earlier in the week would not require any lead time - if we wanted her admitted it could happen the same day), but still have not heard back from her or anyone else on the staff despite several calls & messages. I also confirmed on several occasions that she was in the office/working the days we tried to contact her, but was advised she was busy, but they would let her know we called.
