I went to this Dr over a whiplash injury in 2014, in which I was rear ended by a semi truck on the interstate.. Later wh...en I requested my medical records so that I could get reimbursed from the trucking co/insurance for my neck injury I was stunned to find Dr Adi and his staff had completely falsified my medical records with them! They completely hid all my symptoms that I had reported regarding my neck pain, headaches, numb hands, the Advil I was on for pain , ear ringing ,and all the other things I told them each visit about my injury! I later filed a complaint with the FL Board of Health, and Dr Adi and staff still never corrected my records. Needless to say , years later, I never recovered the $40K I had in medical costs I paid out of my own pocket for this injury, ALL because of this Doctors mistakes! Terrible DR... Dr Adi was with Christ Medical Center in 2014, and that Provider also has many lawsuits now because of records tampering and falsification and over billing Medicare.Please Google Dr Adi and Christ Medical Center.( Crystal River FL) more details
