I didn't even make it past the office staff. I scheduled and appointment for 3:30pm in the afternoon.The receptionist to...ld me several times that the credit card machine was broke so bring cash or check. The day of the appointment I called immediately first thing at 9am to cancel due to the condition looking better and my sitter canceling to care for my autistic son. The receptionist then said there is a $45.00 fee for canceling. I was puzzled since I was a new patient and was not informed of this fee. When I questioned her she got belligerent and hung up on me. I have never been so disrespected. I called back and told them I would not step foot in that office. Now he's billing me $45.00 more details
