Bill was absolutely detrimental in helping us to help our teenage son. After getting the run around from so many "expert...s" who essentially sent us in circles, Bill helped us as a family to get to the root of the problem. The sibling discussions we had as a family were extraordinary and although my son did not want to hear some of what was being said, he couldn't help but to hear it in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I highly recommend him to anyone struggling to figure out what's "wrong" with your child and how to help him/her. more details
