Dr. Greene is clearly incompetent. He was unable to find any psychiatric issues with me, only that I had epilepsy. I was... referred by the IPN program from the Board of Nursing. His psychiatric diagnosis was: Problems related to other legal circumstances. Other problems related to employment. He said I was not safe to practice because I had a seizure disorder and a bad attitude towards IPN. His recommendation was a multi-day comprehensive eval to include a psychological testing battery to further clarify the situation. The situation was I was arrested for my seizure disorder. All he needed to do was a psych eval. He couldn't even do that. What an incompetent and unethical doctor. I would avoid him! He does not care about his people, only his billing practices. I'm sure IPN pays him just enough to get out on the boat every weekend. more details
