Dr. Tuan D Nguyen, DO

This is one of the worst doc experience I have had. The doc walked in the room and stared my kids down for a whole minut...e before telling them to throw away their balloon glove and sit down (yes my 2 yr old was playing with a balloon I made out of a glove after an hour wait) The doctor didn't listen to symptoms after asking why I was there. I tried explaining my kids had been sick as had I and what they were diagnosed with when he cut me off and insisted he wasn't seeing them. He didn't listen to any further symptoms or ask any relevant questions every doctor would ask. He insisted I had a PCP and when I told him twice I didn't, his reply was "with all these kids you must have one. What about their doctor?" I have a newborn, a 2 and 5 yr old. Before leaving he let me know my kids aren't allowed to come to the visits unless they are sick due to limited space.... the waiting room was empty btw. This doctor was more concerned with my decision to have kids, and how I parent than the medical issues. Then the nurses tried to charge me rates for out of network providers when they are in my network. more details
