Seriously, she is a doctor? I waited 2 hours in the office and she spent less than 2 mins with me when I was finally see...n. Not to mention her nasty attitude, she can't even differentiate shingle rashes from acnes. I was mis-diagnosed and she billed my insurance $ 300 for the visit;40 for taking blood pressure??? 100 for just being in the office??? another 160 for the mis-diagnosis and useless rxs that she wrote??? She is a scam and her license should be taken away. I went to see a different doctor after two days suffering,thanks to the useless meds that she prescribed, the other doctor was able to immediately tell that I was having shingles on my forehead and I improved significanly within 2 days. I would not even recommend Tina Kuo to my worst enemy. I do not call her a doctor because I would be insulting other doctors if I did so. more details
