when i first saw dr. weeks he said he only recieved two pages of medical records insted of the thirty- four pages that w...ere faxed from previous doctor karen hellend ! at first his medical assistant said he never got them and did not have them ! assistant manager then replied that he did have them and were on his desk and not in his computer! called about the two page medical reports situation five different times and never got a call back ! after calling the sixth time was told by the assistant manager that the medical assistant could not make out my number after giving it to her five seperate times and she also had it written in her records so she could look it up if she wanted to ! was told i would recieve a letter in a few days ! it was a termination letter telling me to find another doctor ! dr. weeks has now been reported to the ga. medical board and is currently under investigation more details
