For the past year, has cancelled appointments after they were scheduled and the office has been closed when it was sched...uled to be open. Received a letter from my insurance company that she was no longer practicing. I have an appointment scheduled with her for important follow-up and she cannot be reached for any type of explanation. I used to value her as a doctor, but not anymore. Very poor professional conduct! more details
