Dr. Susan L Baker, DO

Incompetent! Neglected my wife's health to the point, she almost killed her. Dr. Baker is only interested in kick-back...s from referring patients to her circle of friends and labs (located in her own office). Dr. Baker rarely comes into her office, working from home most of the time, forcing her office girls to contact her ONLY by email. She is great at over billing insurance companies, but never calls or sends patients results from tests she orders. We get the copay bill, then have to call for results from those tests, usually weeks later. This lack of professionalism almost cost my wife her life. Factor V lieden blood clotting disorder was NOT picked up on with her friend's blood lab, located in her own building. My wife lost part of her kidney (lucky not further damage) by recommending her friend. Then, referred her to another friend (ob-gyn) who totally missed a cist the size of a racquet ball. How long till she kills someone? After my wife's second trip to the ER in two weeks, the ER MD. called Dr. Baker out as being, and hes, I quote, "f-ing incompetent!"

Any help in helping to make sure she is reported? Who do I report to? The unnecessary pain & suffering she has been.through along with the hundreds of dollars of prescriptions (yes, after co-pay) to prep her for surgeries that she needs three times the amount of due to Dr. Baker ignoring blood labs I think is almost deserving of a lawsuit.
