I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes, even though I was the only patient in the office at that time. I had my fo...rms all filled out prior to the appointment. Spent 10 minutes with Dr. Myerthall, and did not receive a patient plan or follow-up call. Went to a different Dr. who had a plan secured and completed before I received any communication from the Core Institute and it was because I called them. Dr. Myerthall may be a good surgeon, but was lacking in this office visit. I will not be returning, but hope this review addresses the needs of the patient with better communication, an actual patient plan, and follow-up. more details
