In my experience, Dr. Devine possesses excellent skills, both surgically and in patient consults. He is sincerely dedic...ated to improving the life quality of his patients and has the knowledge and experience to guide his patients through each stage of their processes. He performed two surgeries for me this year, and I am extremely happy with the results. I would recommend Dr. Devine to anyone who wants the very best.
