Office front desk staff not very friendly or respective to patients needs. Harder and harder to talk to a live person by... phone or get a phone call back. Consideration should be taking that peoples schedules are as busy as the Physicians as everyone has to work now many of us get sick and in need of care and wish to see our own physicians instead we are forced into ER which clogs the system. . No allowance for hours convenient for patients. You sit on the phone waiting for call back for sometimes 15 minutes some of us cannot be on phone that long at work. I hope they improve their office soon. more details
