Dr. Randy B Miller, MD

Dr. Miller's current receptionist, appointment person, and "office manager," is a very rude, unfriendly and unprofession...al person. She hung up in my face over 4 times, forgot to call me back, and rose her voice with me on the phone. In order to cover herself, she lied about me (the client) and said I "was screaming at her." She refused to let me speak with Dr. Miller to complain about her. I called the Ideal implant breast implant inventor to see if he could get in touch with Dr. Miller to tell him how his receptionist was treating me. Dr. Miller, my surgeon of two years, never called me to see what was going on or to apologize for his rude office staff. In addition to having to deal with Dr. Miller not caring how rude his staff is, I have bad and quite noticeable scars from my axillary approach breast implants. I also have nerve damage under one of my arms. So be careful! And be aware that this surgeon doesn't seem to understand that the office staff are a clients first impression of him. They are a key factor in making clients feel safe and welcome. Go somewhere else unless you want to deal with immature Hialeah drama queens here. more details
