I interpret my experience with Dr. Cribbs as highly uncomfortable. his statements were tactless, condescending, and he m...ade me cry. In the square section 'Describe Accident' (form 827)
I felt bullied into writing what he told me to write verbatim.
I don't feel safe with him nor do I feel safe with his ability to treat me. more details
