would not recommend office staff is not informed well by practice mangager and practice manger needs to learn the rules... and policy of her company your mangaers and staff is what makes a doctor even better then great when you have poor staff and mangement that look bad on doctor sometimes you have a say who you as a doctor hire even if you dont this makes a bad lookout the doctors and you should educate the office stff more details
