I made an appiontment for 4pm and arrived at 3:50. I was taken back for a hearing test, not really why I went there. At ...5:25 I actually saw Galin. In less than 5 minutes I was given what seemed like a prepared speach about my hearing loss, handed a pamphlet, referred to the hearing aid guy across the hall and in my car by 5:30. Won't ever be going back to this guy. more details
