I was referred to Dr Adams office in Grapevine from the Baylor ER in regards to an injury. Went to the office, staff ar...e nice. Doctors on the other hand I can't vouch for at all. I saw a DR there that recommended medication and MRI. After the MRI came back I was told nothing wrong with me and was sent on my way. It's been four painful weeks with no relief. In fact I've had other issues that had compounded the issue since the only visit at the center. Tried to call back and speak with doctor that saw me and was told that the doctor I saw doesn't even work for their office. One RED flag! Finally I was told that my doctor was Dr Adams. Who? I've never even seen her or talk with a Dr. Adams. The nurse is the only person I can get on the phone. Each time I've called about my other persistent issues, I keep getting the nurse telling me that there is nothing showing on my tests so nothing they can do. Had an apt. to see them again and they canceled on me. Red Flag #2. more details
