I have been in the worst pain with a failed pain pump and they don't even know how to forward required pre surgery scri...pts to my Primary Care to replace this bad pump.
Their PA's know nothing and will give you 3 minutes of time. Dr Rosenblatt offers different treatment solutions but never follows through.
Need refills on medication and they tell you yes they will send it but they don't.

The medical assistant that came to do my vitals was very unprofessional. She came in and spoke with such an attitude. As... such took my blood pressure she smacked loudly on her gum. I've never had that happen before. When I saw the doctor she immediately treated me like I was a drug seeker. She told me that I needed to detox from pain pills even though I told her that I don't take pills all the time because they make me feel high. She proceeded to tell me that pain pills don't make you high after a certain period of time. If I'm telling you that they still make me high, why would you not believe it?? I will never return to her office. Oh....the place was not too clean! more details
