I first saw Dr. Vic about 4 months ago for me eye issues. I had been searching for an answer for many months before I f...ound Dr. Vic. He knew exactly what was wrong with my eyes and explained the problem and solution so that I could understand. I had surgery and now feel like a new person. He was so calming to me. He really cared about me and my problem and quickly put me at ease. The problem is now gone. Even my friends have noticed a difference in my eyes. The office staff was so nice too. Dr. Vicinanzo took very little time or care with me. He cracked a lot of "jokes" and thinks he's quite charming, but his... level of "care" was laughable. He is flippant, arrogant, and careless. more details
