Dr. Norek is compassionate and knowledgeable. Her Nurse Assistant Kirsten though was very grumpy on most of my visits. ... OAD also does not have a receptionist who answers phone calls. You have to leave a message every time you make an appt. and if you are not home when they call back you end up playing phone tag...very annoying. BUT Dr. Norek is fantastic!!! :) more details
