I have been a patient of hers for years and in the past year or so, she has changed. She prescribed me medications that ...I need or will go into life threatening physical withdrawals. She has not returned my emails and her phone is turned off, voicemail box full. She has no physicians or assistants on back up in case of her being unavailable. 2 weeks after my refill was due and couldn't get an appt with another doctor, I was forced to go to ER. Some doctor...
