When my daughter broke her arm, we were referred to Dr. Rasi. He took very good care of her. However, her surgery was a ...major financial burden on us. We applied for state help, but in the meantime (because she had to have the surgery before the paperwork would go through), we borrowed the money from a family member. Once the paperwork went through, we were told that we could get Rasi to bill the the state (medi-cal) and reimburse us the money we borrowed. However, his staff told us that they wouldn't do that "because it's just too much work." Helping us out and saving us thousands of dollars is just TOO MUCH WORK. How lazy! Now we are left in a horrible financial difficulty and no way out - because they don't want to do a little bit of paperwork. more details
