Dr Specht seems nice. But in my opinion, office is horrible. We had an appointment today with Dr. Specht. We walk in, ...and they ask us for a name. I give my mother's name, and they tell me to sit. After about a half an hour, I went over and asked what is delay. They asked my name, and looked at schedule. Then, she told me that I was not registered. That I had to go down to lower level and register. Uh, that's fine. But perhaps you (or the other two) could have told me that. But it doesn't end there boys and girls. When I went in the back with my mother to get xrays, a woman came over and said that I could not be seen without my mother's medicare card and that so and so was asking for it. What? I suggested perhaps so and so could have asked me for the card. In my opinion, this is just incompetence. As I do not work there and it's my first time, someone should be telling us what to do!!! I don't have a half hour to waste because, in my opinion, they cannot do your job right.more details
