My wife, Nancy Bell was seen by Dr. Cassel last week for on going debilitating pain relief.
Nancy has seen Dr. Cass...ell for numerous years and spoke very highly of him. Doctor Cassell has always been kind and nice to my wife and always complemented her on her appearance.
However, at this last visit, Dr. Cassell informed my wife twice, that she looked different / bad in her appearance.
This has really affected my wife and given her additional depression to the extent she continues to cry about how she was perceived.
Please understand that my wife has had diminishing health problems which I believe the doctor is aware of.
She has just come home from a Rehabilitation center after three months being treated for pneumonia, numerous falls, and COPD.
She is at a critical time in her life where she is trying to cope with the reality that she is not the same person she used to be if you know what I mean. more details
