Horrible. Never had such a bad experience with a doctor. Arrived 40 minutes late with no acknowledgement. This si even w...orse given that I was the first appointment after the office reopened from lunch. When he finally showed up, he walked in, sat down and BURPED. I went in with heel pain, he poked my heel twice and told me he was going to send me an article about the condition I have. He then proceeded to tell me I was fat and should ahve my cholesterol checked. After waiting 40 minutes for him to show up, he spent a grand total of 3 minutes in the room with me. Never again will I see him. I should say that I've been going to this practice since the day I was born and every single other doctor I've seen there has been fantastic. I have nothing against the practice, merely Dr. Zysman. more details
