-Rudest Office staff I have ever encountered in any professional establishment This is the worst optometrist I have ever... been to or heard of. The desk attendant, also the doctors wife, is extremely rude. She told me I was a liar when I told her the contacts they prescribed me irritated my eyes. She said that was impossible they are the best contacts they offer. She also gave me a lecture for using 1800 contacts to order contacts, because it was not supporting her business. When I got my appointment, they refused to get my records faxed over, because they said they could figure out the information from without my records (that= laziness). They had no idea my prescription, or style of contacts. They fitted me with the wrong brand, and then refused to write me a prescription with the correct brand once I went home and figured out what brand I was using unless I paid $85 for another appointment, but it wouldn t be an appointment the doctor would just rewrite a prescription with the new brand. DO NOT GO TO THIS OPTOMETRIST! more details
