Dr. Mulligan is the nicest Doctor I have ever had. In my first meeting with him, he told me, "You know I like you." He... said he liked my attitude. Then this year I was there, and when he came into the room, he said: "You're not 75!" In which I had to confess, "unfortunately, I am." more details
