Dr. Gopin is the doctor of record. She informed the patient not to use Zyrtec but never asked how long the patient had ...been taking Zyrtec. Dr. Gopin gave the patient a breathing treatment then sent the patient home even though the elderly patient requested to be sent to Morristown Memorial. Dr. Gopin refused to send the patient to MMH. Twelve hours later the patient died. more details
