I had trouble everytime with the rebate they gave. I have to make many calls. Most of the time when you call, the first... thing you heard is "Please wait". when the contact lens company refused to pay the rebate, they are offering the credit to me for next visit and only half of the amount that the rebate i suppose to receive! If I knew that the rebate is fake. I would have gone to costco to buy the contact lense and I don't want the credit to tie me to go back this place which is not honest and waste tons of my time. more details
