While in the waiting room, Dr. Dill wanted to write something down, and snapped at the nurse,"Well you could grab a pad ...instead of just standing there." Very rude to his staff. I should have listened to my gut and left. Dr. Dill was sarcastic and uncaring as he forced shot after shot of novacaine into my son's toe. I told him that it was really hurting him, and my son was grimmacing with tears in his eyes. My son said, "This is not fun." Dr. Dill replied that it was lots of fun, and he loved his job. We saw a different doctor in the past for the same procedure, and they were very careful to go slowly, and it wasn't nearly as bad. I could go on and on about how callous and unprofesional Dr. Dill was. Very small and very cluttered office. Will never go back. more details
