This office is chaotic. The staff argue amongst themselves and answer the phone as though they don't want to talk to you.... In early 2012 I went in for normal visit and wanted to seek care of my ankle which I twisted. Dr. Reichelt said there was nothing wrong with me without any xray or MRI. I was sent home. A week later I demanded to get an MRI or xray only to discover after doing so, I had a blastoma in my foot that required 6" of nerve to be removed in an outpatient surgery. NOW, he is claiming that my refill on my thyroid medication cannot be refilled because I did not make an appointment for my lab work... ME.... Pretty sure they are the ones who evaluate and call ME to schedule lab work, so now I must be without meds until settled. He is OLD and needs to retire. Has no bedside manor. more details
