As a special physician he has really taken care of me,and I became his patient when others felt that my condition,was,ho...peless. I put myself in his care aand never was he too busy to be there,and after 3 years, my life has turned around,and following all he asked of me,I have become a healthly pateint and if my condition should flare up,Dr.Palencia never turns his back and is always there to provide top medical care and also will listen if fear sets in. I owe my life and healyh today to this fine outstanding doctor. There are not enough stars to give, Thank you doctor. more details
