Ive been a patient of Dr C for 25 yrs, & now my children. I know usually there may be a wait to be seen, but Dr C does ...spend time listening, answering questions & finding answers. Hes great w kids! He has always shown care, compassion. Sometimes the office staff change or get added to & I have had negative experiences w some. I believe staff should become familiar w patients esp those who have been long time patients. Some staff seem more robotic lacking human traits, but overall there is a good handful of MA's & nurses whom I appreciate & respect . All it takes is one staff member to discourage a patient. more details
