I would never take your child to this doctor. He performed tests on my child against my wishes without so much as retur...ning a phone call to discuss prior to doing the treatment. My son's father took him to see Dr. Rosner for an ear problem. Dr. Rosner then wanted to perform a ct scan on my child. I was out of town when my ex husband went to the doctor with my son. He then informed me that he scheduled an appointment for my son for a ct scan because the doctor was "almost" sure. I tried to call and discuss this test and why it was needed with Doctor Rosner. His staff would not let me speak to the doctor. they would only put me into voicemail for his assistant. I explained that I needed to talk to the doctor before this test could take place and that they should cancel the appointment until I spoke to the doctor. the assistant then left me a message to call back. When I did they didn't answer the phone and I had to leave another message again stating that I was against this test until I spoke with the doctor and that they were to cancel it until speaking to me. Then they never called back and went ahead and performed a ct scan on my child against my wishes without my permission and without so much as a phone call. more details
