This office is horrible. I am disgusted by the way they treat people. There office staff is rude and there rules are all... about getting money. They charge you sixty dollars if you are even one minute late or if you forget about an appointment. They do not call in perscriptions you must have a visit (money) if they have to call it in it is forty five dollars (money). I forgot about an appointment one time and was unaware of my reminder call because my number got changed. When I let this office manager know this he responded with " isnt your responsibility to give us your new number therefore I will not remove your sixty dollar charge because you caused Dr. Graves to miss out on money and doctors dont make what they use to these days" I was so disgusted that I was told this.
