I was filling out the little paper, and the front desk female went off on me about how the paper worked. I filled it ou...t the way she told me, and she still followed me to the back, and actually shoved me.
I'm not a patient who wants pills, or is high maintenance. I am a once a year physical. And, everything has been a happy visit, until today. Today, I was actually attacked, physically, shoved into the lady who was to draw my blood, by an angry, sad, little female with a chip on her shoulder. Shame on her parents.
I'm not sure that she is the actual owner of the business, which she claimed to be. I have never seen the woman before. And, I have been with Dr. Goldstein for about ten years, now. That is, until today.
Shame on you, Kathy. Your parents failed spectacularly.
Sorry, Dr. Goldstein. But, I no longer feel safe in your office. And, that is new to me. more details
