I got an appointment when I needed one.
They kept things moving and on time during my visit.
I received a correct diagnosis and up-to-date treatment.
I was given specific advice on lifestyle changes I can make to improve my health.
The provider really listened, gave me the time I needed, and put me at ease.

Wait time was too long: 40 minutes.
Examination was mediocre and no prompting health background questions asked.

No explanation of condition (I had to research it on PubMed and WebMD).
Absolutely no follow up.
When told that I would be given a referral to a specialist (for which I had to specifically ask), the office was to call me the next day. 10 days later, no call, I was told that I had to find one myself.
Dr. has poor listening skills; while trying to talk to her, she had the radio and TV on. The patient room looked like a storage room with old machinery and outdated furniture. Scary. more details
