DO NOT USE THIS DR.. He committed medicare fraud, his staff is incompetent and charged me over 10x what i should have be...en. He lets his untrained office manager sit in on sessions who is not bound by ethics or confidentiality. AND on top of it.. during my second session he basically encouraged me to commit suicide more details
