Office staff called and told me my prescription was no longer covered by insurance. I was prescribed a generic in its pl...ace, I got it filled and had adverse symptoms when taking the generic. I a had to argue with me about problem with prescription and basically told me it was my job to call insurance company and fix the problem by seeing what is covered by my plan and i should suffer on a medication for two more weeks. I called the insurance several times to find the first drug was indeed covered, tried telling the doctors office that but she basically called me a liar. Not exactly quality of patient care here. more details
