I went in for a referral. He and his staff didn't begin to fill it out until the day of my optomologist appointment and... even then took 5 hours to do so. I waited in that office for a total of 7hrs as a result. The receptionist talked down to me like I was child and on my second and last visit to the office the doctor had no confidence in his assessment and offered no help. Just look somewhere else. I imagine any random doctor is more competent than this one. more details
