Dr. Alan M Crystal, MD

On 7/31/2019 comp sent me to see Dr Alan Crystal 974 52nd street,for a second opinion.When I arrived no one was at the o...ffice yet.The first thing I noticed is the building had broken stairs that were falling apart.When I went to ring the bell,the bell was covered with spider webs.It seemed I was his first patient in a long time.When Dr Crystal and his receptionist showed up,My wife and I started to walk in behind them.Dr Crystal yelled at us saying"YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER YET,WE WILL COME GET YOU WHEN WE'RE READY".A few minutes later,they came out to get my wife and I.As I entered I noticed a strong smell of cat urine and a mildew smell.The office was on the first floor but looked like a basement.There was a drain in the middle of the floor.While I was in the waiting room,the phone rang.The receptionist was screaming at the caller.She ends the phone call by saying"I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU ANYTHING"then she slams the phone down.I was called into the room and as I was walking with my wife,Dr Crystal started yelling at my wife,saying"YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN".As I was walking,I had to duck because of webs all over the room openings.Dr Crystal helped me remove me sneaker and told me my ankle was swollen.I asked him if physical therapy would help,he started screaming at me,saying"WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME QUESTIONS?YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ASK ME QUESTIONS"Then he leaves the room.Then the receptionist runs in and starts yelling the same thing.She was screaming at me for asking him questions.He started asking me questions about other parts that were injured.I explained when I fell I injured both knees,my left ankle and my right elbow.Dr Crystal started screaming again.I'M NOT ASKING YOU WHAT YOU INJURED,I'M ASKING YOU IF THEY HURT YOU NOW.I told him that my left knee and left ankle still hurt.Then he yelled at me"YOU ASKED ME FOR ADVICE,LOSE SOME WEIGHT.I been to doctors all of my life and I NEVER experienced anything like DR Alan Crystal.Then I looked him up online and I found out why he is so nasty.This explains it all.  more details
