Elizabeth Lamkin, president of Hilton Head Regional Healthcare is responsible for all strategic, operational and clinical activities for Hilton Head Hospital, Coastal Carolina Hospital and the Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center and the various primary care, urgent care, and rehabilitation clinics in the system. She has nearly 30 years of management experience in the non-profit, clinical teaching and for-profit health care sector. Prior to joining Hilton Head Regional she was chief operating officer for North Fulton Regional Hospital, a 167-bed Tenet facility located in Roswell, Ga.. As an active member of the community, Elizabeth is a member of the board of directors for the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Beaufort County. She earned her undergraduate degree in business administration and a master's degree in health administration from the University of South Carolina.

Elaine Hastings is Market Chief Nursing Officer for Hilton Head Regional Healthcare, she oversees daily patient care operations at the Hilton Head and Coastal Carolina Hospitals, the Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center, and the various primary care, urgent care, and rehabilitation clinics in the system. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Elaine has been involved in emergency and trauma care for the last 25 years. Prior to relocating to the South, she was a key player for Sherman Health Systems; serving as Vice President, Patient Services, for her final five years with the organization. Academically, Elaine received her nursing and administrative training as follows: associate degree Mayfair College of Nursing, Chicago; bachelor of science, nursing Elmhurst College, Elmhurst; and masters in nursing science with emphasis in nursing administration DePaul University, Chicago.
