LAKEVIEW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER AND RAY JENNINGS CASE DISMISSED by JUDGE RICHARD SWARTZ: LEGAL REQUEST: MARK ANTHONY TRAINA requests that both the LAKEVIEW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER AND RAY JENNINGS SUE him for DEFAMATION ASAP, for DRAGGING them through the MUD and EXPOSING all their PATIENT RIGHTS VIOLATIONS! ... but TRAINA says, "DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH FOR THAT TO EVER HAPPEN", because TRAINA has been telling U.S. the TRUTH about what happen to him in the LRMC'S ICU on the morning of APRIL the 28th, 2015! ... and even though his LAWSUIT was DISMISSED based on the BOGUS OPINIONS of BIAS MEDICAL REVIEW PANEL MEMBERS, and a LEGAL TECHNICALITY, he ain't NEVAR BACKIN DOWN from his CLAIMS against both the LAKEVIEW REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER for their failure to provide him with a SAFE ENVIORNMENT in which to RECOVER from his CORONARY BYPASS SURGERY and NURSE RAY JENNINGS' ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR! |
