| The Miriam Hospital used to be the best hospital in R.I not all that long ago (2-3 yrs ago).Now after a recent stay there(2/1/18 thru 2/3/18) just 3 days ago for 3 days. I have to say they , the hospital staff (nurses on down) have become very insensitive, much much less concerned with patient care, they have become rude and even mean and disrespectful. Maybe it is a problem with staff morale, not enough in service training ,not enough qualified experienced staff and way to many students and not enough quality, experienced staff. and worst of all in my recent experience was the very poor communication between departments, shift changes etc.I am sorry i had the need write such a negative review of a once outstanding hospital. |

- "If you are over 50 and end up at RCH that might cost you your life! My elderly mother went in with 4 known conditions, glaucoma, dementia, arthritis, and a possible stroke. - 9-3-2021 An ambulance transported me to Christus Spohn hospital in Beeville due to breathing issues, severe headaches, fever and confusion. They completely misdiagnosed me even though I was having those symptoms and doctor Joshua J White DO falsified several details on the medical report.
