I fell unconscious and was taken to the E.R. The care provided by all staff was excellent. The medical staff did a great job of assessing my condition/injuries. Although there was no room to be admitted and it took 24 hours to get a room, they continued superb care. I was hospitalize July 12-16, 2018. The food service was very good. The general hospital staff did a great job of keeping my room clean and attending to the few requests that I had. I was evaluated by an internal medicine specialist, 3 cardiologists and a Neurologist who provided excellant assessments. The hosptial doctor did a great job of overseeing the overall care. The nurses and medical technician were very pleasant and professional. They were compentent in the care provided. The medical records sections were very helpgful in obtaining copies of my medical care to diseminate to other healthcare providers outside of the Methodist hospital network. As a prior EMT, I have some knowledge of the medical care profession including working in combat medical enviroment. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Methodist Hosptial. Although this was my first medical encounter with them as patient, I have had family members who have had medical care here and I observed the same professionalism, friendly and efficient care. |
