I went to this doctor for a second opinion. I gave them the name and contact information for the primary physician and w...as given an appointment 3 weeks later. I arrived at 2:30pm for the 2:45pm appointment and signed in. I was left waiting until 4pm with no word from the staff. Once in the doctor's office, I was told she could not give the second opinion because she didn't have the imaging. She said the primary doctor had not sent it and that it was my responsibility to bring the imaging. I asked why, if that was the case, I was never told I needed to bring in the imaging. She rudely ignored my question and repeated that it was my responsibility. She said I should make another appointment and come back with the imaging. No one even apologized for the hour, fifteen minute wait that turned out to be for absolutely nothing since she wasn't prepared for the very reason for the appointment.
I would never go to this doctor again, nor would I recommend this practice. All the staff was unfriendly and uncaring. more details
