HORRIBLE!!! My daughter and I had back to back appointments that lasted for 2 hours!!! Dr. Berger talked almost nonstop ...about other patients (mostly complaining about them), some optometrist convention & who knows what else. She cannot perform an exam and talk at the same time. She would stop the exam every time she started talking again. We could have been out of there in 45 minutes if she would have just been quiet! She doesn't have a good selection of frames (my daughter didn't find any she liked) & even with my insurance, my glasses cost over $130. The good thing: my glasses were ready in a week. The bad thing: she sent in my daughter's prescription instead of mine, so she had to send them back. I went for weeks without hearing from her, so I called her. She had put the wrong number in the computer. She didn't help fit my glasses or anything. Her office is a cluttered heap. On the plus side, I love my glasses & the prescription is right on.
