I went here for my daughters 1 week check up . from the start it was HORRIBLE . We walked in and it looked very unclean ...the toys were all old and dirty and the little table they had for kids to play at was broken . The lady at the desk was on the phone when I walked in, put the person on hold and gave me my paperwork , when she got back on the phone she started talking about her weekend then telling whoever she was on the phone with about me and my child , telling them ours names and that we were there to see the dr.  We went back and the medical assistant went to weigh my baby , didn't take her clothes off and slammed the scale around waking my sleeping daughter up scaring her . She told me my child weighed 5 12oz and when I went to a different doctor today she weighed 5 2oz, so way off . when the doctor came in she was rude from the very beginning . Telling us we better get our flu shots and standing in my boyfriends face while he was trying to get the baby undressed. The doctor was pretty much telling us we weighed our daughter wrong by not taking her clothes off when that's her medical assistants job to let us know how it's done. We are young and this is our first child but we know what were doing, she pretty much was telling us we didn't ! She made me very uncomfortable and made
